Good Day Sunshine Probiotic Lemonade

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice or several whole, peeled lemons, seeds removed
  • 3-4 cups distilled or purified water
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 small knob ginger sliced
  • 3 probiotics capsules
  • Stevia, agave, or maple syrup to taste
  • Cayenne pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place lemons or lemon juice in blender along with water, contents of probiotics capsules, and all other ingredients.
  • Blend until fully emulsified. Taste and adjust flavors.
  • Serve over ice with fresh mint and enjoy!
