Ingredients

cup
fresh-squeezed lemon juice
or several whole, peeled lemons, seeds removed
3-4
cups
distilled or purified water
1/2
teaspoon
turmeric
1
small knob ginger
sliced
3
probiotics capsules
Stevia, agave, or maple syrup to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste
Instructions
Place lemons or lemon juice in blender along with water, contents of probiotics capsules, and all other ingredients.
Blend until fully emulsified. Taste and adjust flavors.
Serve over ice with fresh mint and enjoy!
