Good Day Sunshine Probiotic Lemonade
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice or several whole, peeled lemons, seeds removed
- 3-4 cups distilled or purified water
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 small knob ginger sliced
- 3 probiotics capsules
- Stevia, agave, or maple syrup to taste
- Cayenne pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place lemons or lemon juice in blender along with water, contents of probiotics capsules, and all other ingredients.
- Blend until fully emulsified. Taste and adjust flavors.
- Serve over ice with fresh mint and enjoy!
