Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup raw almond butter
- 1/4 cup water or more as needed
- 3 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tablespoons cold-pressed sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2-3 soft dates, or agave nectar to taste
- 1 tablespoon Asian chili paste, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger
- 1-2 cloves garlic
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix well. Add more water for a thinner sauce, which will thicken as it chills. Enjoy this divine and highly versatile condiment!
