Gut-Healing Probiotic Lemonade

Course Drinks

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice or several whole, peeled lemons, seeds removed
  • 3-4 cups distilled or purified water
  • 1-3 probiotics capsules
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 small knob ginger sliced
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • Stevia agave, or maple syrup to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place lemons or lemon juice and water along with all remaining ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve over ice with fresh mint and enjoy!
