Buddha Broth

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups distilled water hot
  • 3-4 tablespoons white Japanese miso paste or to taste
  • 1 thinly sliced green onion
  • 1-2 teaspoons fresh ginger root minced or grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric increase amount over time if possible
  • Cayenne pepper to taste optional

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to boil, add ginger, onions and spices and remove from heat. Allow broth to steep several minutes. Add miso paste and blend well. Enjoy in good health!
