Orange-Cranberry Holiday Relish
This year, rather than yet cooking yet another item, or opening a can of heat-processed cranberry sauce, explore this gorgeous, flavor-drenched, no-cook cranberry relish.
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- One organic orange or tangelo seeded, peeled, and chopped
- 2 tablespoons organic orange marmalade or to taste
- 2 tablespoons raw chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup or to taste
- Pinch of Pink Himalayan salt
Rinse and remove any damaged berries, and coarsely chop or process them into pea-sized fragments.
Place the chopped cranberries into a small glass bowl and fold in orange pieces, zest, marmalade, pecans, and maple syrup.
Refrigerate until serving.
